This morning I visited Bluebell Veterinary Surgery with my cat for the first time after transferring from another practice.
I cannot explain just how happy I am having found this practice and the stark contrast from the previous vets.
The vet was kind, friendly and had an obvious affinity with animals, my cat was instantly at ease with him.
Nothing appeared to be wrong with my cat after an extensive examination, which really set my mind to rest.
The vet said that he could offer medication but that would be more for the practice than the need of the cat.
I was so relieved after this visit that I shed a tear, silly as that sounds, but when you find someone you feel you can trust it is such a relief.

AMAZING!! Today was our first visit, all the staff were really friendly and took time to get to know my elderly dog.. the consultation was not rushed and I was able to talk through several concerns. The vet talked through treatment options and advised the best treatment for the dog but also ensuring I got value for money!!! I’m so pleased we made the decision to move to this surgery!!!

So very pleased to have an independent Vets on my doorstep. Had to visit today with my cat and from walking in and meeting everyone for the visit time it was such a great experience for both myself and my cat who is not used to visiting a vets. Didn't feel rushed and good honest advice and treatment. Thank you.

Fantastic vets, I moved from another not so good vet! Vortek was amazing ! He reassured me that my dog is ok and very reasonable price. I’m so glad I’ve changed to them .
