EXCELLENT Based on 203 reviews Posted on sarah parslowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really positive experience at Bluebells. I was able to get an urgent appointment on the same day, even though my cat wasn’t registered at the surgery. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and registered my cat easily. It was clear that the Vet was very caring and experienced and understood the needs of my cat well. He was able to carry out all the necessary investigations on the same day which was amazing. He explained the diagnosis and treatment options in good detail and it was clear that his priority was what was the in the best interests of my cat. I definitely won’t be taking my cats anywhere else now, and highly recommend Bluebell.Posted on JenniferTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Crystal for always welcoming Us at Bluebell, everyone at bluebell are professional and friendlyPosted on Lisa RobinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have recently made the move to Bluebell Veterinary Practice & I’m so glad I have! I cannot believe the difference in the level of care and personal treatment given, compared to the much bigger, and much more ‘business type’ practice I had been with for decades. The way my dog, and I, have been treated is exceptional. My dog is extremely old, & very unwell, and we have had two appointments that have been long and emotionally difficult. We were in the appointments for ages and I was given so much information to make choices about the next steps. It was obvious that my dog’s welfare was of primary importance and that, at no point, was I being rushed. Every step has been explained and every cost factored in. I am so pleased I have made the move, especially at such a sensitive time.Posted on Corinne BriantTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I showed up at 9 with no appointment and a poorly girl, we were seen straight away and everyone was lovely. Our little Hazel had to be pts but the lady vet (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) was amazing, this was our 1st time using Bluebell, and she made a terrible situation a little more bareable. Thank you ❤️Posted on tiffanylouise JonesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Voicnik is brilliant. Extremely funny. They are genuine decent vets who care a lot about their clients.Posted on MollyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This vets is by far the best one! My kitten Waffle went in on Monday and had her spaying surgery, the vets made sure to talk my mum through everything before the op and they called her as soon as she woke back up. When my mum went to collect my kitten the vet made sure to reassure her that waffle had eaten, had some water and was even treated to some post op play time. Fair prices too, £130 for a spaying and pain medicine is an unbelievable bargain. Will definitely be registering my other cats here and i will only use this vets in the future.
